desiring to prepay may pay the tuition for the entire year at the time of
enrollment. This covers enrollment from August 1, 2014, until July 31, 2015.

TUITION IS NOT PRO-RATED:
Full enrollment and
tuition is required for a year, regardless of however late
in the school year students are enrolled; therefore tuition is NOT
pro-rated.
The school years starts August 1, 2014, and ends July 31, 2015.
LATE FEES:
Tuition & Tutoring: $35
Parents of students enrolled in CIAS agree to pay a $35 penalty for each
Quarterly tuition or monthly tutoring payment that is submitted late.
Grade & Attendance
Reports: $15
If we do not receive your quarterly report at the appointed time, you will be
contacted by e-mail, letter, or phone call, and billed a $15 late fee for each
child
enrolled. If you have not responded within a reasonable amount of time
(2-3 weeks) of our contact, your student(s) will be disenrolled from CIAS
without refund
of previous payments. All tuition must be paid in full at time of
disenrollment, or records
will not be released. Re-enrollment procedures would follow established
enrollment guidelines.
CREDIT CARDS & PAYPAL ACCEPTED:
We accept VISA,
MasterCard, and Discover cards.
Make checks payable to CIAS.
No post-dated checks, please.
BOUNCED CHECK FEE:
There is a $35 service
charge on all bounced checks.

CIAS CAMPUS SCHOOL TUITION
CIAS Campus Tuition: Campus tuition is to be paid
BI-WEEKLY or MONTHLY, and is charged
according to how many billable Mondays are in a month.
It is
due by the second Tuesday of each month.
If it is not paid within the week of the second Tuesday of each month, a $35
late fee will be
applied to your billing.
All
normal tuition fees are due, regardless of any absences, excused or
unexcused.
Official school holidays will not be billed (see School Calendar).
Tuition accounts must be kept current in agreement with school policies.

DAY SCHOOL
TUTORING
This for most students who
attend CIAS's Campus School. Time slots are 9 AM-12 PM
or 1-4 PM on Mon.-Thurs. and 9 AM-3 PM on Fridays. Students receive one hour
of individual tutoring.
Their lesson plan book may be logged in with daily schoolwork assignments to
be completed during the following week. This paces them through their
schoolwork
in their course(s).

FLOATERS
Floaters are students
who come to CIAS Campus school but do not receive tutoring or
lesson planning. They are supervised by CIAS teachers while they work on
assigned
schoolwork, use our answer keys, take tests, and make use of the video
library.
Tuition Rate:
$18 per student, per day
TUTORING
We have over thirty years of experience in teaching,
home education, tutoring & testing. Our campus students receive one-on-one
tutoring from highly qualified tutors in the subjects in which they are
needing help or having difficulty. Limited time slots are available.
For
elementary & middle school students (grades 4-8): Mathematics, English,
reading, spelling, creative writing, and handwriting.
For high
school students (grades 9-12): English grammar composition, research paper
writing, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Intermediate Algebra,
and College Algebra.
If we
cannot provide the help that you need, there are many other tutoring
services in the surrounding area. Please call the school office for
more information.
Rate:
$25-30 for 1-hour lessons.
CONSULTATIONS
Rate: $35 per 1.5 hours session

Approximately 4-6 weeks of homeschool assignments can be logged in during
